Educador, advogado e pesquisador com sólida formação acadêmica, possui bacharelados em Direito pelo CEUNSP – Centro Universitário Nossa Senhora do Patrocínio, Administração pela Faculdade Paulista São José e Teologia pela FACETEN. É também licenciado em Pedagogia pela UNOPAR, História pela Faculdade Paulista São José e Filosofia pela FAERPI, além de pós-graduações em Psicopedagogia pela Universidade Gama Filho, Docência no Ensino Superior e Alfabetização e Letramento pela Faculdade Paulista São José. Atualmente é licenciando em Letras (Português/Inglês) pela UniCV.

Com mais de 20 anos de experiência, atuou como Diretor de Educação na Secretaria Municipal de Educação de Itu/SP, Supervisor de Ensino na mesma secretaria e Presidente do Conselho Municipal de Educação de Itu/SP. Foi também Assessor Parlamentar na Assembleia Legislativa do Estado de São Paulo (ALESP) e exerceu mandatos como Vereador no município de Itu/SP.

Na docência, lecionou em escolas da rede municipal de Itu, incluindo a EMEF Maria Cristina, a EMEF Monsenhor Camilo Ferrarini e a EMEF Marilze Calil. No ensino superior, atua como Coordenador do Polo FACETEN/ITEBRAS desde 2018 e como Coordenador do Polo UniCV em Itu desde 2025. Além disso, é Diretor da Escola de Pós-Graduação ITEBRAS desde 2000.

Sua trajetória inclui ainda experiências na comunicação, tendo atuado como radialista autônomo de 1992 a 2008 e recebido o prêmio “Jornalista Modelo” pelo IBPANI em 2013, bem como no campo jurídico, com atuação como advogado. Reconhecido pela dedicação à educação, à formação cidadã e à gestão pública, alia prática pedagógica, atuação política e compromisso social em prol de uma educação transformadora e inclusiva.

Theologian graduated from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, Specialized in Philosophy Teaching from the Federal University of São Paulo, Writer, Speaker and Postgraduate in Biblical Exposition from the Baptist Theological Faculty of São Paulo, in addition, he has been a professor since 2015 in the courses of Philosophy, Sociology and Theology with experience working in the areas of School Chaplaincy and Educational Guidance.

Dean of FAITEF and Founder and President of Instiel, Dr. Cleber Raimundi is a lawyer, advisor, strategic mentor, writer, and international speaker in the areas of leadership, management, and strategy. He serves on the boards of major organizations in Brazil and abroad, notably Martinelli Advogados, Instituto Martinelli de Solidariedade, and Döhler S/A.

With a multidisciplinary background in Law, Philosophy, Political Science, International Relations, and Corporate Management, he has specializations from internationally renowned institutions such as Ohio University and Singularity University (Silicon Valley, USA).

Recognized for his work in more than 25 countries, he has authored articles on leadership and strategy and given lectures in Brazil, Europe, the United States, and the Caribbean. His mission is to promote human and organizational development, focusing on overcoming mental poverty and strengthening talent and high-performance leadership.

An educator and researcher, Dr. Paulo Cesar Moreira holds a PhD in Educational Sciences from Absolute Christian University (USA) and a Master's in Education from the University of the Peoples of Europe (Spain). He has a solid multidisciplinary background, with degrees in Biology, Pedagogy, Physical Education, and Psychology, as well as specializations in Religious Studies and Distance Education.

With extensive experience as a teacher and educational administrator, he has worked in various fields of knowledge, with emphasis on Special Education, Inclusion, Diversity, Psychoanalysis, and Religious Studies. His academic work focuses on social representation, the challenges of contemporary education, and the potential of distance learning.

Recognized for his dedicated research and teaching, Dr. Paulo Cesar Moreira combines scientific training with educational practice focused on social transformation, contributing to the development of interdisciplinary and inclusive knowledge.
